Agreement

By using AI Detector, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service provides

AI Detector provides a preliminary estimate of whether submitted text shows patterns associated with AI-generated writing. Results are probabilistic signals, not proof of authorship, plagiarism, misconduct, or use of a particular model.

You are responsible for reviewing the submitted text, the explanation, and other available evidence. Do not use a detection result as the sole basis for employment, education, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

Accounts and access

Limited guest access may be available. Account features can include additional checks, credit balances, billing records, API keys, and support tickets. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, submit content you are not authorized to share, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, distribute malware, or automate abusive traffic.

Submitted content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant the service permission to process that content only as needed to perform the request, maintain security, and provide support you initiate.

Credits and purchases

Free checks or credits may be limited and can change. Paid purchasing is not currently available. If paid products are introduced, the price, included credits, validity period, renewal terms, and refund rules presented at checkout will apply to that purchase.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every submitted text can be analyzed.

Accuracy and disclaimers

AI detection can produce false positives and false negatives. Results may be less reliable for short, translated, heavily edited, formulaic, or specialized text. The service is provided without a guarantee that a result is correct or suitable for a particular decision.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on a detection result or inability to use the service.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, use the support ticket page available from your account.
